The importance of basic science to develop their technology is become the base of hunting qualified people offer to work in other countries to develop their education and technology. But if the origin country or local company can’t give them good benefit usually good quality human resource will go abroad to seek better income.
This condition also happen to Indonesian people who have good quality, they prefer to work in outside of their country to get more income even ten time than their income in Local company. The Indonesian researcher also quit and goes to abroad like to Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and other countries.
This neighbor country even has offer free study for their student but they still less of having qualified student. Many of their students go abroad to study to China, Europe, America, and even to Indonesia. They think that they are less of people with good basic science to make their improvement on technology.
