Meditation to Harmonizing the Body and Mind

The meditation can harmonizing the body and mind, this have been research by UC Berkeley that tracked how closely the emotions of seasoned mediators and professional dancers followed bodily changes such as breathing and heart rates. They found that dancers who devote enormous time and effort to developing awareness and precise control over their muscles.

By contrast, many veteran practitioners of Vipassana or mindfulness meditation, a technique focused on observing breathing, heartbeat, thoughts and feelings without judgment, showed the closest mind body bond. The results offer new clues in the mystery of the mind body connection.

In some kinds of exercise, meditation is widely used as a period of self soothing. Meditation is also as the way to find out inner energy in several martial arts. Meditation is the culmination of knowledge in trying to get inner energy.
